We are seeking a professional and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our St. Louis location on Gravois Road. In this role, you will play a key part in driving operational excellence and supporting our management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service.

• Supervise and support team members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to drive engagement and productivity

• Monitor staff performance against established metrics and conduct regular performance reviews

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Preferred: Experience with staff training and development programs
