Job summary

Lidl US is seeking a Shift Lead to help run store operations across multiple areas, including stocking, cleaning, bakery, and merchandising. This role emphasizes proactive communication and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

As the store responsible person on shifts, you will be involved in every part of the store's operations, from early mornings to late evenings, ensuring high-quality, low-price shopping experiences for customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Reach above head to heights > 10 inches.
• Ability to work early or late shifts, including weekends.
• Positive attitude amidst changing priorities.
• Friendly communication with team and customers.
• Driven to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store shifts as the store responsible person in absence of leadership.
• Unpack stock as deliveries arrive, maintaining a quick pace.
• Provide excellent customer service on registers and storewide.
• Keep the entire store clean and organized during shifts.
• Learn and assist in bakery, produce, and weekly promo setup.
• Communicate clearly with management and colleagues to complete tasks.
