Job summary

The Assistant Store Manager at GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY supports the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience and leading the team in a busy farm, ranch, and outdoor merchandise store. This role requires strong leadership, reliable attendance, and the ability to manage schedules, training, and daily store operations while upholding safety and merchandise security.

A HS diploma and experience supervising others are preferred; expect 43 hours per week with varied shifts,

• Attendance: Maintain regular and timely attendance.
• Schedule: Work varied hours, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership and time-management abilities.
