Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking an Area Lead to supervise multiple departments, greet customers, manage stock, and oversee sales operations. You will train staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure smooth cross-training across departments while maintaining a high level of customer service.

The role requires weekend work with a rotating schedule, physical endurance, and the ability to stand for long periods. Base pay is hourly, and the company offers PTO and benefits as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Greeting and assisting customers and processing sales transactions.
• Able to stock and organize shelves and operate a point of sale system.
• Supervise department staff, assign daily tasks, train new employees, and cross-train others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Tack & Feed, Hardware, and Cashiers departments.
• Create and distribute daily assignments for department employees.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain store standards.
