Job summary

CVS Pharmacy is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team at a CVS/pharmacy location. You will support the Store Manager in leading a store team, driving store execution, improving service and performance, and building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include end-to-end store management, staffing, training, and development, plus financial oversight, inventory control, and policy implementation to meet store goals.

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
