Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Conroe, TX to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily activities, organize merchandise, and support the Store Manager in training and supervising staff.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Experience in store management or equivalent supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong organization and time management with attention to detail.
