Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in Rogers, Arkansas. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, help customers, organize merchandise, perform opening/closing duties, and ensure promotional displays stay effective.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.

• Organize transfer of merchandise from delivery to stockroom and floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
