Qualifications

• Provides superior customer service leadership and supports customer-first focus.
• Opens and closes the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assists with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manages merchandise reception, stocking, restocking and display rotations.
• Maintains inventory accuracy including damages, markdowns, scans, and paperwork.
• Implements and maintains planograms per Store Manager guidance.
• Maintains financial integrity through cashier accountability and cash control procedures.
• Assists in store management in Store Manager's absence.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service and operate cash register to itemize purchases.
• Open/close the store per schedule and ensure security.
• Support training and safety discussions for employees and enforce policies.
• Manage receiving, stocking, and merchandising displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and handle damages, markdowns and paperwork.
• Set up and enforce planograms for product presentation.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and deposit procedures.
