Hy-Vee is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store Operations, Perishables, Health Wellness & Home. This role supervises staff, delivers prompt and friendly customer service, and supports profitability through merchandising and pricing decisions.

Must be able to train employees and handle disciplinary actions as needed. Ideal candidates have at least one year of retail experience and a High School diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must have High School or equivalent education.
• At least 1 year of retail experience, including duties of an Assistant Manager.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate employee activities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and coordinates the activities of employees to meet customer needs.
• Oversees training, handles employee issues, and coordinates disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Assists with pricing, equipment, and merchandising decisions to drive profitability.
• Maintains store standards for customer service, employee relations and store cleanliness.
