Sampson-bladen Oil Company Incorporated seeks a dedicated Customer Service Representative with leadership duties to assist the Manager. The role requires proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and safety procedures, while promoting a positive customer experience in a busy convenience environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with recruiting and training CSR staff, scheduling, and maintaining store paperwork, merchandise, and vendor coordination.

• Must be proficient with operating Point of Sale equipment and processing payments.
• Must promote a culture of safety and handle emergencies.
• Must assist with recruiting, training, and scheduling CSR staff.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Manager with recruiting and training CSR candidates.
• Assist Manager with scheduling, cash and inventory controls.
• Ensure store is clean and ready for inspection.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain safe work environment and enforce safety procedures.
• Report maintenance issues to Manager.
