Job summary

Dollar Tree in Bradenton, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, customer service, and team development. You will support opening/closing procedures, organize merchandise, and ensure store standards across front-end, stockroom, and floors.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory ability, and a commitment to a high-energy, friendly environment. Prior store management experience preferred; high school diploma preferred; ability to lift up to 55 lbs

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns they may have.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays and assist in loss prevention.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates; ensure a positive, safe environment.
• Keep the store clean and stocked, including restrooms and floors.
