Job summary

Bidfta is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Georgetown, KY to support daily store operations and lead a team. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver strong customer service, drive improvements, and execute company strategy across departments.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year in warehouse/retail, a solid safety record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Expect long shifts, on-call duties, and proactive leadership of staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus at least 1 year experience in a warehouse or retail setting.
• Strong safety record is required.
• Able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to visually examine auction items and view computer screen.
• Proficient in basic math (add/subtract/multiply/divide/fractions/decimals).
• Experience with computer systems.
• Strong problem solving, negotiating, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and verbal & written communication skills.
• 8–10 hour days, 8:00–18:30, five days a week; on-call 24/7/365.
• English proficiency.
• Stores may be in warehouse settings; dress for the season.
