Job summary

Domino's is seeking a friendly, motivated team member to join our Domino's Team BAM! in Dallas as a store manager assistant. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, lead staff, and uphold company standards for service, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Supervise staff efficiently.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Store and equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other duties as needed.
