Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Retail experience desired.
• Training experience preferred.
• Open/close stores on Sunday–Saturday schedule.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Familiar with cash registers/POS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support team to ensure excellent service.
• Handle cash management, daily sales reports, and bank deposits.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering fuel and merchandise.
• Ensure policy, safety, and security compliance.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain store cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and evaluating employee performance.
