Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Training experience preferred.
• Must be able to open and close stores on a Sunday–Saturday schedule.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer- and employee-focused approach to work.
• Willingness to learn about products stocked in stores.
• Ability to stay calm when dealing with difficult customers.
• Ability to adjust schedules and priorities as needed.
• Must have a safe driving record and Utah driver’s license (MVR monitoring).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain store cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.
