TJX is hiring for a Key Carrier role at our Flowery Branch store. The position alternates with Coordinator duties and includes periods as a leader on the floor, overseeing store operations and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience for internal and external guests.
• Act as Manager on Duty following company policy.
• Ensure store operations align with the store plan and priorities.
• Provide coaching to Associates and address customer service issues.
• Coach, delegate, and follow up on tasks for multiple staff members.
• Maintain adherence to policies, labor laws, and safety guidelines.
• Support training needs with management to improve effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate coverage and open/close procedures.
