Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Operations Lead to manage daily sales floor activities, lead team members, and ensure exceptional donor and customer service at our stores. The role includes payroll management, budget adherence, and cross-location support to meet sales targets and uphold Goodwill standards.

The ideal candidate has a year of retail management and customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to pass background

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• One-year work experience in Retail Management required.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the sales floor.
• Manage payroll and operating costs within budget.
• Ensure top-tier customer service to donors and customers.
• Travel to other GCNA locations to assist stores.
• Partner with support areas to meet goals and ensure policy compliance.
• Build a high-performing team and conduct performance reviews.
