Goose Creek Distribution Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing store operations and driving performance. You will train hourly associates, schedule work, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires leadership, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work weekends/holidays as needed. Prior experience in retail management and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

• Supervise day-to-day task assignments and performance of team associates.
• Assist in planning, preparing schedules, and coordinating daily activities.
• Ensure safe, secure, and compliant store operations.
• Process store invoices daily and prepare daily deposits.
• Complete daily paperwork and store reports; conduct inventories.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store appearance and profitability.
• Adhere to all policies; avoid conflicts of interest and harassment.
• Perform duties of a typical store associate as needed.
