Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and staff are courteous and service-oriented.
• Supervise food preparation and service to brand standards including portions and appearance.
• Assist with opening, closing, and preparation tasks; coordinate deliveries.
• Lead by example in hands-on food preparation and customer service.
