Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking an Operations Associate in Reading to support the Product Lifecycle Manager with daily material handling in our retail branch. You will help receive, stock, and present products to boost sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy.

This role uses pallet jacks and powered equipment, requires strong organization, coordinates with Merchandising and Inventory teams to stock products in correct locations, rotates stock (FIFO), and maintains store

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment
• Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks
• Communicate effectively with the Merchandising and Inventory teams to sufficiently stock products in correct merchandising locations within the branch
• Communicate effectively with the Product Lifecycle Manager to address any operational issues
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store
