Job summary

The Restaurant Store in Orlando, FL seeks an Operations Associate to assist the Product Lifecycle Manager with daily material handling across the branch. You will help with receiving, stocking and presenting merchandise to support sales, merchandising, order fulfillment and inventory teams.

Responsibilities include efficient receiving, organized restocking, FIFO stock rotation, and collaborative communication to resolve operational issues while maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment
• Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks
• Communicate effectively with the Merchandising and Inventory teams to sufficiently stock products in correct merchandising locations within the branch
• Communicate effectively with the Product Lifecycle Manager to address any operational issues
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store
