Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes and providing accurate product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as a subject matter expert in store area.
• Ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase and maintains engagement with customers.
