Job summary

Joe V's Smart Shop by H-E-B in Texas invites you to a 10-week Store Operations Internship. Program dates are May 24 through July 30, with shifts including nights and weekends, and you will be assigned to a store to learn the ins and outs of running operations from seasoned leaders.

You will work on projects, receive coaching, mentor network, and explore finance, inventory, HR and customer service while helping serve Texans through community outreach.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a project and develop a solution for a current business challenge.
• Learn about retail operations, including finance, inventory and HR.
• Network with senior leaders and participate in community outreach.
