Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push and lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers and proactively understand their needs.
• Process merchandise and ensure backroom organization in partnership with leadership.
• Uphold merchandising standards and safety policies.
• Assist with unloading trucks, freight processing, transfers, and claims as needed.
• Deliver the company-defined customer experience per service level standards.
