Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist with ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Support Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment and professional interactions with customers and staff.
