Job summary

XL Parts / The Parts House is seeking an Assistant Store Supervisor to help expedite shipments and manage daily store operations at our Richmond, TX location. You will assist with shipping/receiving, order fulfillment within a 45-minute window, inventory checks, and frontline customer service.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1–2 years in retail, and strong communication skills. You will participate in scheduling drivers, handling cash and deposits, and maintaining a clean, safe

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of working in a retail environment
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must pass a criminal background and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving of merchandise
• Assemble and fill customer orders to be delivered within a 45 minute window
• Inventory and cycle counts
• Schedules contract drivers based on company business needs
• Answers customer questions and addresses complaints
• Store opening and closing duties
• Handles cash, cash counts, and deposits
• Stocks and pulls parts
• Answers phones
• Keeps store and front counter clean
• Keeps warehouse clean and provides a safe work environment
