Job summary

XL Parts / The Parts House seeks an Assistant Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, expedite shipments to and from distribution centers, and ensure timely customer service within a fast-paced retail environment in San Antonio.

You will manage shipping/receiving, inventory counts, cash handling, and store cleanliness, while maintaining safety and delivering superb service to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED.
• 1–2 years of working in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass a criminal background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving of merchandise.
• Assemble and fill customer orders to be delivered within a 45-minute window.
• Inventory and cycle counts.
• Schedules contract drivers based on company business needs.
• Answers customer questions and addresses complaints.
• Store opening and closing duties.
• Handles cash, cash counts, and deposits.
• Stocks and pulls parts.
• Answers phones.
• Keeps store and front counter clean.
• Keeps warehouse clean and provides a safe work environment.
