Job summary

Lidl US is seeking Store Associates to keep our stores running strong, delivering fast, customer-focused service across checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and weekly promotions. You’ll work in one shift supporting multiple areas and learn Lidl’s global business from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and reach above head height.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service at checkout and in-store areas.
• Transition between checkout, stocking, bakery, and produce as needed.
• Meet productivity goals by following Lidl’s processes and pallet-to-shelf stocking.
• Perform daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas.
• Set up non-food promotional displays and weekly offers with accurate signage.
• Maintain cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
• Operate the register quickly and accurately, including PLU lookups.
• Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve issues.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
• Follow safety procedures and support smooth daily store operations.
