Lidl is seeking Store Associates to keep our stores running smoothly, delivering a fast, customer-focused experience in a single shift. You’ll help with checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and weekly promos while upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service that makes their trip easy and leaves them excited to shop at Lidl again.
• Seamlessly transition between checkout, stocking, and specialized areas like bakery or produce to meet real-time store needs.
• Meet productivity goals by working with urgency and following Lidl's processes, including pallet-to-shelf stocking.
• Execute daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
• Set up and organize non-food promotional displays and weekly offers with accurate signage and pricing.
• Keep the store clean and well-presented across sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
• Operate the register quickly and accurately, including memorizing PLU codes.
• Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve or elevate issues as needed.
• Assist with inventory control and reduce stock loss.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Collaborate with the team to complete daily tasks on time for the next shift.
