Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a dependable, customer‑driven Retail Associate to join our Merrimack, NH store. You will support the store manager, assist customers, handle cash, and help maintain a clean, organized selling floor, including merchandising and brand standards.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, contribute to achieving sales goals, and represent the brand with enthusiasm. Flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in retail sales and meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in opening/closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising and store presentation.
• Serve as a role model for the team with positive attitude and product knowledge.
• Create exceptional customer experiences through authentic service that drives loyalty and sales.
• Help achieve sales goals and KPIs by supporting local marketing and store initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager and ensure compliance with policies, health and safety guidelines.
