Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development at our Clinton Township location. You will help with day-to-day activities, assist customers, and contribute to a positive work environment.

The role includes supervising and training store associates, maintaining a clean, well-stocked sales floor, and ensuring safety and policy compliance while supporting the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store tasks

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates and ensure safe, clean store conditions
