Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Able to work flexible schedule including weekends and overnights if needed.
• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and trains the crew on service excellence.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring duties are performed and customer service is excellent.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and prepare for daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform maintenance tasks including cleaning, trash removal, and stock room organization.
