Job summary

Enmarket is seeking a Sales Associate to support store operations and provide an exceptional customer experience. You will handle shift responsibilities, greet customers, and promote store programs with a friendly and professional demeanor.

The role requires performing shift reports, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring accurate cash handling while delivering courteous service to customers throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level to make change and balance shift reports.
• Ability to validate identifications for tobacco/alcohol where required by regulations.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and carry cases of milk, beverages.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule as needed and communicate effectively with management about store operations.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift following company guidelines.
• Provide the best customer experience and greet customers with a smile.
• Support implementation of our customer service program at the site level.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness and ensure the store environment is well-presented.
