Job summary

Enmarket is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to help run store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will greet customers, promote specials, and assist with transactions while adhering to company policies.

You will also prepare end-of-shift reports, maintain a safe and clean store environment, and support safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level to make change and complete shift reports.
• Ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol as required by regulations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times and traverse all store areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper and efficient operation of the station during the shift to contribute to store profitability and growth.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift according to company guidelines.
• Maintain store safety and appearance; enforce environmental and hazardous material regulations.
• Report workplace accidents, injuries, or illnesses promptly and follow safety procedures.
