Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking a Support Associate to help deliver a Most Amazing Personal Service culture. You will handle merchandise, process stock, and maintain organized stockrooms to support a fast-paced retail floor.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, visual merchandising support, and collaboration with teammates to ensure omni-channel consistency across stores, with flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
• Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset.
• Regular attendance is essential to this position with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise, properly storing, ticketing and locating items for replenishment.
• Ensures new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
• Enter receiving documents and reconcile invoices; manage store transfers and locate requests.
• Ensure visual materials, signage, and stockroom items are processed timely.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Assist with floor sets, visual directives, and signage as directed.
• Support MAPS principles to deliver a cohesive omni‑channel experience.
