Job summary

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, merchandising, and initiative execution to meet sales and profit goals while reducing shrink. Qualifications

• 2 years of college required, or 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience, or 2 years general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred, with supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties; set clear expectations and promote a sense of belonging.
• Drive store operations, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensure customer service excellence by modeling standards and resolving complaints through action plans.
