Walmart is seeking a retail supervisor in Cedar Falls, IA. You will lead and develop teams, manage store operations, and drive customer satisfaction while following Walmart's OBW service model and Open Door policy.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, merchandising, and compliance with company standards. Eligible applicants should meet minimum education/experience and participate in required trainings; location is on-site at the Cedar Falls facility.

Competenze

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings (Academy, Open Door, etc.).
• Preferred Qualifications include Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; prior experience supervising 5+ direct reports.
