Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback to implement business solutions and company direction.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties while promoting a belonging mindset.
• Ensure compliance with policies and support ethics and integrity through Open Door Policy and operating standards.
