Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, maintain merchandise, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will assist with stock replenishment, planograms, cleanliness, and daily tasks to keep the sales floor running smoothly.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to company policies. Flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with pay ranging $16–$24 per hour in a full or part-time

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent mix of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboard and processes including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support teammates and guests in an inclusive environment.
