Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, ensure merchandise is stocked, and maintain clean, inviting sales floors. The role emphasizes adherence to procedures, teamwork, and proactive guest service.

The position requires flexibility for early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays. A High school diploma is preferred, with at least 1 year of related experience and comfort with POS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Proficiency with basic technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipment using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain outstanding store standards and overall store cleanliness across areas.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
