Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, merchandising, and guest experiences. Responsibilities include stocking merchandise, executing planograms, replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness across the sales floor and back areas.

You will work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet store goals, follow procedures, and deliver exceptional service to guests. Flexibility for shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence to support sales drivers and great guest experiences.
• Keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and complete tasks as assigned.
• Follow policies, procedures, dress code and use Ulta Beauty technology for processes.
• Protect assets and provide exceptional guest service while meeting compliance and efficiency goals.
