Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, ensure product is available, and maintain store cleanliness. You’ll help with replenishment, merchandise resets, and adherence to procedures while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma is preferred.
1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and replenishment processes.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
Be inclusive and support teammates and guests, with ongoing training.
Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and standard operating procedures.
Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
Drive operational excellence by keeping areas replenished and testers available.
Maintain store cleanliness across all areas and protect assets through loss prevention.
Execute additional operational tasks as directed.
