This role will assist in coordinating the logistics, inventory management, and operational processes to ensure smooth store openings and ongoing retail operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support the planning, implementation, and execution of retail expansion projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in managing the timeline and logistics for new store openings
• Coordinate inventory flow and ensure proper stock levels for new locations
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure store setup and operational processes are aligned with brand standards
• Support 3P operating partner in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new store staff
• Monitor and track operational performance and assist in troubleshooting issues
• Liaise with 3P operating partner, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in the development of store opening and operational procedures to enhance efficiency

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
• Experience in retail or operations support, preferably within the fashion or jewelry industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

The salary range for this opportunity is $88,000-108,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
