Groupe Dynamite in Indianapolis is seeking an Operations Associate. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll own the stockroom, move inventory, process shipments, and keep the floor full and vibrant to deliver a seamless in-store and online experience.

You’ll work with a proactive team, value a customer-first mindset, and contribute to a growing brand that invests in its people. A flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays) helps sustain our energy and community focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6+ months stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset that supports the in-store experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savviness.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the stockroom and keep inventory moving.
• Process shipments and ensure the floor remains full and fresh.
• Support E-comm orders and markdowns to create a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure operations run smoothly behind the scenes.
