• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with problem-solving ability.
• Able to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in retail operations, process improvement, and customer experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel for store visits and relocate to the Greater Nashville Area for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Operational Analysis: Analyze store performance and data to identify trends and improvements.
• Process Improvement: Support initiatives to simplify processes and enhance efficiency.
• Store Communication: Develop resources and materials for Team Members and initiatives.
• Store Experience: Participate in store visits to learn operations, customer service, and merchandising.
• Inventory Management: Assist with stock allocation and replenishment analysis.
• Project Support: Contribute to strategic Store Operations projects and initiatives.
• Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to extract insights and recommend actions.
