Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Retail Merchandising, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently or with others.

Responsibilities

• Support buying teams with product assortment and category analysis.
• Collaborate on development of products and market research.
• Assist in planning and executing merchandising events and promotions.
• Support planogram development, space planning, and product placement strategies.
• Utilize data analytics tools to glean insights and inform decisions.
