Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience or related education/training (degree, certificate, military, etc).
• Strong computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and accounting support: manage parts reports, work orders, daily cash, accounts payable/receivable, and sales documentation.
• Greet and assist customers in-person, over the phone, and online with professionalism.
• Assist with inventory, warranty claims, and CRM processes to maximize sales and ensure store policy compliance.
