Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports store management in the execution of store related administrative functions.
• Ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store.
• Takes an active role in the hiring process and onboarding of new Associates.
• Maintains Associate personnel files and conducts daily cash office tasks.
• Supports scheduling, expense monitoring, inventory and requisitions.
• Promotes safety, credit and loyalty programs, and shrink reduction initiatives.
