Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment and upkeep of signage standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of backroom and sales floor.
• Communicate with management to ensure priorities and progress are clear.
