Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train others and respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Maintains Associate personnel files and supports scheduling and onboarding.
• Performs daily store tasks and cash office functions; ensures labor law compliance.
